The GMC one ton van with a British built body displays the New Zealand Steinlager brand. This beer, first brewed when the New Zealand government threatened a ban on imported beers, was originally named 'Steinecker'. Since the name change to 'Steinlager' its fame has grown and it now accounts for 98% of beer exports from New Zealand.
